Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 10 oz fresh spinach, chopped
  • 3 cups shredded cheese (I used a blend of asiago, romano, parmesan & provolone)
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and grease a baking pan with coconut oil.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and spread into baking dish.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes, until cheese melts.
  4. Serve with pita chips.
