Spinach Artichoke Dip
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained
- 10 oz fresh spinach, chopped
- 3 cups shredded cheese (I used a blend of asiago, romano, parmesan & provolone)
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Preheat the oven and grease a baking pan with coconut oil.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and spread into baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes, until cheese melts.
- Serve with pita chips.
