Peanut Butter Cookies
- 1/3 c coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 c honey
- 2/3 c peanut butter
- 1 T molasses
- 1 egg (or 1/4 c egg beaters)
- 1 1/2 c white wheat flour
- Combine all the wet ingredients, then add the flour.
- Scoop the dough with a small ice cream scoop and place on a cookie sheet.
- Squish the cookies down with a fork.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 7-10 minutes.
