- 1 lb ground turkey (or meat of your choice)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c bread crumbs
- 2-3 t minced garlic
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 t dried parsley
- Mix all ingredients.
- Use a small ice cream scoop to form balls.
- Brown in a pan with butter or oil. Be sure to cook all sides.
- Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
