Ingredients
  1. 6 Tbsp butter
  2. 6 oz white chocolate
  3. 3/4 cups sugar
  4. 1/4 cup lemon juice
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 1/4 tsp salt
  7. 1 3/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour
  8. zest of one lemon
Instructions
  1. Melt the butter and white chocolate together.
  2. Add sugar and mix well.
  3. Mix in the alt, lemon juice and eggs.
  4. Stir in flour until well combined.
  5. Spread the batter into a greased 8" pan.
  6. Bake for about 28 minutes at 350 degrees.
  7. Sprinkle lemon zest on top after cooled and cut.
Notes
  1. Bake longer than 28 minutes. The toothpick came out clean in the center and the edges were browning but they required more baking. Try another 5-10 minutes.
