Ingredients
  1. 1 cup cornmeal
  2. 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
  3. ¼ cup honey
  4. 1 T baking powder
  5. 1 t salt
  6. ⅓ cup oil
  7. 1 egg
  8. 1 cup unsweetened coconut or cashew milk
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Pour into a greased 8x8" pan, or similar size.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 18-22 minutes.
Notes
  1. It seemed a little on the salty side to me. I'd probably use less salt and more honey next time.
