Change Your Food...Change Your Life



This isn’t really a recipe, it’s more like a suggestion. 


  • 2 1/2 lbs ground turkey
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 4 bell peppers, diced (I used one of each red, yellow, orange & green)
  • 2 cans of beans, drained (I used black and pinto)
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 2-3 cups tomatoes, diced
  • salt & pepper to taste


  1. Brown the ground turkey with the minced garlic. Drain any excess liquid.
  2. In a large crock pot combine the turkey, peppers, beans, onion and tomatoes.
  3. Cook 8 hours on low.
