  1. 2 cups packed brown sugar
  2. 6 T butter
  3. 1 cup cream
  4. 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
  5. 2 T vanilla
  1. Combine brown sugar, butter, cream and cashew milk to a pot.
  2. Cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes, until everything is combined and melted.
  3. Take the mixture off the heat and add vanilla.
  4. Return to heat and cook another 2-3 minutes.
  5. The sauce will be thin, but will thicken as it cools. Store in the fridge.
  1. This is so good, I'm pretty sure I could drink it!
  2. Since I used part cashew milk, it never thickened up as much as I thought it would. I would recommend coking it longer to thicken it before storage.
