Apple Pie Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cut up raw apple
  • 2 Tbps flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or So Delicious coconut milk)
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and you’re done!
