Apple Pie Protein Shake
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cut up raw apple
- 2 Tbps flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or So Delicious coconut milk)
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- Put all ingredients into a blender and you’re done!
